The East Cheshire crew  East Cheshire once again filled a coach for the English National Cross Country championship at Wollaton Park Nottingham. Alison, Chris, Tony and Pete in the’ bath’   The final fixture of the South East Lancs league was held at Boggart Hole Clough which on a normal day can be quite muddy but after an extended period of very wet weather resembled a battlefield.   Once again Patrick Gardiner showed his exceptional form winning the race with Howard Oldham

  Javea Spain The Manchester League cross country resumed after the new year at Boggart Hole Clough with some outstanding performances especially from Joe Steward and Patrick Gardiner again coming 3rd and 4th in a very strong field. Joe and Patrick have both got their eyes on the national cross country championship in Nottingham in February. The course had been

South East Lancs x country league Heaton Park 16th Nov 2013


Saturday 16th November saw the first race in the South East Lancs cross country league at Heaton Park. Once again another good turnout from the club ensured some excellent results across all the categories.There were many debutantes in the under 11′s through to seniors. Performance of the day must be Libby Robinson under 11′s despite only being 8yrs old herself
