North West Counties Road Relays 2016

There were some good team performances this weekend at the North West Counties Road Relays at Delamere Forest on 10th September.

The under 13 girls team finished 9th overall and 4th in Greater Manchester with good runs from Libby Kilbourne (15.36), Rose Barlow (15.21) and Christie Allen (14.53). The under 15 girls team ran brilliantly to take 5th overall but silver medallists in Greater Manchester, with excellent runs from Megan Lewis (13.59), Ty Brockley-Langford (14.35) and Holly Jackson (13.55).

The Senior Women had 2 teams competing, the A team finished 23rd overall and 8th in Greater Manchester and the B team finished 39th overall and 14th in Greater Manchester. The A team consisted of Bethany Hirst (29.18), Sally Teague (31.24) and Alarna Brockley-Langford (30.59). The B team consisted of Pamela Read (31.39), Alanah Newell (34.02) and Jennifer Read (32.33).

The under 17 men’s team finished a fantastic 13th overall and 3rd in Greater Manchester giving them the Bronze medals. Good runs from Nathan Barlow (27.05), Paolo Guarnieri (28.42) and John Trotman (27.58). See below with their medals: left to right – Paolo, Nathan and John
