Sixteen seniors and eight juniors took part in the Bupa Manchester 10k and junior games with some excellent results. One of the best days of the year so far saw to of our inform senior runners Matthew Dickson and Patrick Gardiner posting excellent times. Patrick was 62nd overall in 32.59 and Matt was 94 in 36.22 out of a field of 35.000 runners.
